📅 Booking Process with       Florida Keys Bridal Team

At Florida Keys Bridal Team, we are dedicated to making your wedding day beauty experience seamless and stress-free. To help you understand our process, here is a step-by-step outline of what to expect.

💌 Communication

We are very attentive with our communications, but please allow 3–4 days for responses as we are often busy with weddings. Thank you for your patience.

📝 Step-by-Step Process

1. Initial Inquiry "So Your getting Married " On menu bar

  • Bride submits an inquiry.

2. Quote & Contract

  • Once the bride completes the form, FKBT prepares a quote/contract within 1–2 days.

  • Bride reviews form and  Linda will suggest a complementary phone call to discuss and question on pricing

  • Bride will emails back any changes.

  • FKBT updates and resends for signature.

3. Confirmation & Deposit

  • After signing, bride submits a deposit to hold the date.

  • Wedding is placed on the calendar as confirmed.

  • Cancellation policies are outlined in the contract.

4. Consultation

  • Bride is offered a 5 phone or Zoom consultation with Linda as an introduction.

  • If declined, all communication continues via email.

5. Trial (Optional)

  • Bride may schedule a trial via email or text.

  • FKBT confirms details one week prior to the appointment.

  • Bride provides hair photos so we can advise on extensions if needed (guidance provided).

6. Two Months (8 Weeks) Out

  • FKBT checks in for bride photos and desired style references.

  • Extensions are discussed if necessary.

7. Ongoing Support

  • Bride may email anytime with questions.

  • FKBT provides revised contracts and payment receipts within 1–2 days.

8. Six Weeks Out

  • Bride provides final headcount for services.

  • Reminder is given regarding cancellation policies.

9. Three Weeks Out

  • FKBT receives the timeline from the coordinator.

  • Once “First Look,” photography, and ceremony times are confirmed, FKBT creates the beauty timeline.

  • Timeline is sent to the bride, coordinator, and bridal party.
